Catching problems before they ship
Validators check code and markup for issues before they reach production — a missing alt attribute, an unclosed CSS rule, a meta tag that won't render correctly when shared, structured data a search engine can't parse.
Most of these issues don't break a page outright; browsers and crawlers are forgiving by design. But small inconsistencies compound — broken accessibility, inconsistent rendering across browsers, missed SEO signals — and catching them early is far cheaper than debugging them after the fact.
